I just got off the phone with tournament Director Randy Shine, and he has asked me to post this concerning the event.
The St Judes Annual Tom Frontino Memorial Tournament that is scheduled for Sunday May 15th has been cancelled for Safety concerns with the high water, and will be rescheduled for Sunday June 12th.
With the predicted water levels for this week, and further forcasted rain , it appears at this time that the lake will not be able to be drawn down enough by May 15th, so the directors have chosen to give every one plenty of advance notice of the cancellation, as well as the rescheduled date.
Sorry for any inconveience this may cause, safety is always the first concern.
